As a valued customer of one of the five Treasure Valley Dowdy’s Automotive locations, I appreciate the trust you place in us for maintenance and repair of your family or business vehicles.
In the current environment, it is important for all of us to make smart decisions to limit our exposure to viruses. That is why I want to personally update you on the steps we are taking to maintain health and safety as you interact with our locations and staff.
In response to the COVID-19 threat, Dowdy’s has implemented operational practices to minimize customer and staff exposure. A full report on these measures is available here. An outline of the steps we are taking are;
In the event of outbreak of COVID-19 in our community Dowdy’s will implement a vehicle pick up and drop off service that will not require physical interaction with staff. If you are in an at-risk group practicing “social distancing” now and would like to utilize this service, simply call the general manager of the store nearest you for scheduling and instructions. There is no cost to you for this service.
We understand that having reliable transportation is fundamental to your business and your life, which is why the services we provide cannot stop.
